The Hendersonville Rotary Club welcomed Caitlin Couch, Rachel Steele, and Kyle Elliott of the Beech HS Interact Club to report on their Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) experiences at Austin Peay.  The Hendersonville Rotary Club sponsored these Beech students in this training.

Rotary Leadership Discusses The Future of Service

The Hendersonville Rotary Club welcomed guest speaker Charles R. (Dick) Bowers, the District Governor for Rotary International’s District 6760.  Bowers was joined by past Hendersonville Club President and current Assistant District Governor Kim Kim (Ki Hiyon), current club President Eric Jackson, and President-Elect Rip Lebkeucher in addressing the club on the community and global service goals for the new Rotary year.

Hendersonville Rotarian Louis Oliver introduced his sister Grace Oliver as the club’s quest speaker Wednesday. Grace Oliver is Supervisor of Attendance for Sumner County Schools and she spoke to the club about the problem of homeless children in Sumner County and across the nation.
