Please note - online make-ups are only accepted for the two weeks prior and two weeks after your absence.

Instructions

  1. Click on Make-up INFO.
  2. Click on Current/Archived Programs.
  3. Click to Open Program of interest on Left Side of your Screen. As example: Rotary International E-Learning has all the information about the organization for both new and old members.
  4. Read material on selected site since you will be asked questions about the material later.
  5. Click on FLASHING REQUEST FORM on lower left of your screen.
  6. Your club number is 3814, District number is 6760.
  7. Please note - online make-ups are only accepted for the two weeks prior and two weeks after your absence.
